This service is offered to individuals who demonstrate a clinical need for support arising from a condition due to mental, behavioral or emotional illness, which results in significant functional impairments in major life activities. These services are provided by a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) in the individual's home and local community. Mental Health Supports is a Medicaid funded service.
MENTORING SERVICES
Mentoring services are designed for children and adolescents and are provided by a paraprofessional to work on skills such as Independent Living, Community Integration, Socialization, or related service needs. Mentoring services are usually funded by the local Family Assessment Planning Team (FAPT). This service can be provided as a separate service or in conjunction with intensive in-home services.
CLIENT BEHAVIORAL INTERVENTION

CBI is generally funded by the local Family Assessment Planning Team (FAPT), social services or private pay.
