Clinician I: Caring, self-motivated individuals are needed to provide residential services to persons diagnosed with mental retardation or developmental disabilities. Service providers work in the clients' homes to train and assist the clients to accomplish life enhancing goals. Our clients are also involved in different community activities and may require transportation. For this reason, all applicants must be at least 21 years of age and have 3 years good driving experience. Driving records and background checks will be required of all prospective employees. Experience working with MR/DD population is preferred but not required, and trainings are provided; however, salaries are based upon experience. Preferred applicants will possess good verbal and written communication skills. You are required to be a high school graduate or equivalent. Schedules are established based upon our clients' needs and could include nights and weekends. CFS, Inc. strives to pair your needs with that of our clients. As part of the application packet, you should complete the "Availability Form" to include ALL hours you are available to work, as well as, the towns/cities where you would be willing to travel for employment. A complete "Application Packet" will include the 2 page application, availability, reference release, and EEO form. All forms must be complete and received to be considered for employment. As client referrals are received on a continuing basis, all applications are referenced for employment possibilities and retained on file for one year. |

Therapist: Caring, self-motivated individuals are needed to provide clinical services to clients/families that have been referred for services. This individual must have a BS in a Human Services field and a minimum of one-year clinical experience creating assessments and treatment plans. The ideal candidate for this position will implement various treatment/habilitation modalities; attend meetings concering the client; complete evaluations and treatment plans; provide counseling as requested to the client/family; provide case management. Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques, as well as, legal rights as pertain to the program are essential. Preferred applicants will possess good verbal and written communication skills. Driving records, criminal history, and background checks will be required of all prospective employees. A complete "Application Packet" will include the 2 page application, availability, reference release, and EEO form. All forms must be complete and received to be considered for employment. A resume may be submitted in addition to the application packet. As client referrals are received on a continuing basis, all applications are referenced for employment possibilities and retained on file for one year. |
